No Problems, there are several ways of re-accessing you login details which are all hassle free.
How annoying, lucky resetting the password isn’t as annoying. It is as easy as seeing your administrator who can reset the password to something you will remember, or calling Legalink on 1800 802 627 who can do it for you. There is always the option of emailing admin@legalink.com.au if you have some time to spare. We promise to have your new login details emailed to you with in 2 hours. Of cause you can, there is no use having a password that you are no going to remember. All you need to do is simply login using your current password, and then on the right hand side of the login screen select
You sure can, all you need to do is login to the Legalink website. You will then have the choice of changing your password for the session only or permanently. If you wish to change it for the session only, this will mean that next time you login the email address will be reverted back to the original email address. All you need to do is select

Do to security reasons not even the administrator has access to a particular users password. If somebody has forgotten their password and you are the administrator the best thing to do is login to the Legalink website select Manage Users on the right hand side of the screen; select the appropriate person; select the
Click here for further instructions. There is no need to get on the phone to Legalink anymore. As long as you are the administrator for your firm you now have the ability to add new users to your online account. Simply login as per usual; and on the right hand side of the screen select manage users. Again up the top right hand side of that screen you will see a button which states
Unfortunately you can not delete a user from you list but; you certainly can inactivate a user, which Legalink highly recommends. By setting a user within your firm to inactive you will be stopping anybody from using that log in and ordering searches under your account. To set a user to inactive you must be the administrator of the account. If you know you are the administrator of the account simply login to the Legalink website and select Manage Users on the right hand side of the screen. This will display a list of all the users currently set up under your account. Simply select the

You haven’t done anything wrong, all it means is your cookies are not set up properly on your computer. I promise this will be very easy, and only ever needs to be completed when your computer has an update. Click here and a nice PDF will appear in an additional screen which you can print. Currently you can not reprint these online sorry, but, we are currently working on it. However, we do have the facility to reprint these for you; the catch is we can only reprint for the last 3 days. You can complete the form online under Company and Business or send an email to search@legalink.com.au requesting a reprint of your search; just remember to tell give us the ACN number or Business number. Alternatively you can call Legalink on 1800 802 627 and we can email or fax you over a copy whilst you are on the phone. Ezystamp: OSR Document Stamping
If you are not sure whether a stamping has been processed or not, there are several ways of checking. You can either complete a RPS (return Period Summary) or select Activity log report. If your firms completes a lot of stampings through the Ezystamp you will be better of bring up the stamping through the Activity Log report. Once you locate the transaction, if the line is colour coded white then the transaction was successful. Select the blue hyperlink to get a copy of the OSR stamping confirmation. If the line is colour coded red then the transaction was unsuccessful and will need to be resubmitted.
It is pretty easy to get a copy of the Confirmation statement even if you don’t have the transaction number.
Interstate Searching & Lodging
Legalink can complete all your interstate Lodging for you. All you need to do is send it through your work to your local Legalink office and we will do he rest for you. You don’t need to make any changes to your account to start using Legalink interstate services and the will all appear on the one account.
We have no problem completing all your interstate searching or property Inquiries on your behalf. You can either access the search form online or by emailing (search@legalink.com.au) or faxing your request to your local Legalink office. All requested will be action within two hours of Legalink receiving them. Joining Legalink
It is extremely easy to apply for an account online. You have already made your way to the website so all you need to do is select Home from the top right hand corner; the on the left hand side of the screen it will display JOIN Legalink, this will then take you to a form which you can complete online. An even easier way to access that page is by selecting this link and it will take you there. Once the account has been set up you will then receive an email advising you of your customer code User ID and password.
The good news is, Legalink do not charge an account set up fee. The only fees that will appear on you daily, weekly or monthly statement (which ever you choose) is the services you have ordered for both Online and Offline.
You can easily access the price list by selecting Pricing at the top of the page. This will give you both the NSW Online and Offline standard pricelist as well as the Queensland and Newcastle pricelist. Our standard pricing may not necessarily suit you needs, therefore we ask that if you are not a current customer, but are thinking of Joining Legalink feel free to call 1800 802 627. So, you ordered a dealing or Plan online, but you haven’t received it. The generally take about 10 minutes to be returned via email. So, if 10 minutes have passed already the first thing you should do is log back into the Legalink website. 9 times out of 10 you can get a copy of the document by selecting NSW Land; NSW LPI Searches; Reprints; Plan and Dealing Reprint. All the documents that have been ordered today will automatically display. If you require a document from another day just select the Display search selection link at the top of the page. Just select Yes on the appropriate line. The document will then open in a new window. Alternatively you can call Legalink on 1800 802 627 and we can re email the document or email search@legalink.com.au requesting a copy remembering to give us the Dealing/Plan number you are after along with the date it was requested. Reprinting
Unfortunately this can be for a number of reason- so it may get a little bit complicated- so if you get lost feel free to call Legalink on 1800 802 627 and we can run you through over the phone what to do. Is your plan/Dealing printing out on only quarter of the page. Is it displaying black? Is Property Inquires
If you ordered a FM set Legalink are more then happy to make the call to the authority or Council chasing up the relevant certificates. Actually, we should have chased all this up before you have even rang chasing the order. If you ordered a RTC set, it becomes little bit more complicated. Legalink will chase some of the authority certificates, but the council certificates will need to be chased up by your self, simply because the certificate has been sent to the councils with your return address on it. Either way you can email your enquiry through to pi@legalink.com.au remembering to give us the PI order number or Lot and Plan number along with the date you ordered the set and your firm name. Alternatively you can phone Legalink on 1800 802 627. If we can’t chase the certificate up for you our selves, we will definitely point you in the right direction.
Unfortunately there is no straight answer to this question. It all depends on how quickly you cancel the order after you processed it, but the Legalink property Inquiry Team will do there best to help you out. You can email you request for a cancellation to pi@legalink.com.au remembering to include your PI Order number or Lot/Plan number along with the date you ordered the set and your firm name and we will get back to you with an answer or you can phone Legalink direct on 1800 802 627.
At first glance it might look like you are not able to, but as you get further through the order screens; you will be prompted to add any multiple title references that may relate to this order. So all you need to do is add one of the title references on the first screen, then add the additional title references under the special Instructions tab.
