We do provide on-line support via the Legalink Help Desk Remote Support Program.
If you require on-line support contact us first on (02) 9230 6900. We will then instruct you on what to do.

We have 3 levels of support and you will be instructed as to which level to choose, based on the Legalink Help Desk Support person that you will be interacting with.

 Level 2:  Legalink Help Desk Remote Support Program (supportL2.exe)

 Level 3:  Legalink Help Desk Remote Support Program (supportL3.exe)

About Legalink Help Desk Remote Support Program

The Legalink Help Desk Remote Support Program allows a support staff member at Legalink to either view your computer or be able to interact with your computer during the support session.

This software is purely opt-in. You must authorise the connection before anybody can view or control your computer. Once we have helped you with your support question, the program will delete itself so that nobody else can connect to your computer.

Windows Vista Support

Support using SupportAnyPc is not available for Windows Vista machines at present. We anticipate this problem to be rectified in the near future by the supplier.
